Gnarls Barkley "Transformer" Live At Abbey Road Studios

It is my firm believe that a Whole lot of people are sleeping on this group. Besides the big hit everybody knows them for "Crazy", Gnarls Barkley is a very hot group. I think people don't like them because when they hear other songs from them, automatically they turn it off. Their music stands out, in more ways than one. Formally, instrumentally and especially lyrically. Example, this song Transformer. Though, it's very much faster, shorter and weirder sounding on their debut album, "St. Elsewhere", the way they perform it is phenomenal. Transformer is about humans, our ability to adapt to different environments, times and cultures. We adapt to change for many different reasons. To better one's self, social inequities and a higher power. Deep subject, right? If you think that's deep, download and try to figure what the song "Necromancer" is about. But to go back to the song, I just like this performance because its really peaceful, almost to the point where's it strange to hear it. Check it out.
