If not once, but on more than one occassion in our lives we feel as though its us against the world and/or we are by ourselves and the only ones in the world. Before you go taking that approach, create a moment of pause for yourself and take a moment to reflect on who you truly surround yourself with. If you dont have family there is always friends. If you don't have friends there is always family. When all else fails and you have neither, please know you have God on your side. We don't only have those physical beings on our side, but we also have a spiritual being on our side, that higher power we look up to(preferences vary from person to person depending on beliefs). With that said, if we don't have all of these, we atleast have one of them: a mom/dad, sister/brother, girlfriend/boyfriend, husband/wife, significant other, best friends, teams etc. These folks are placed in our lives for reasons. They each are effective depending on the situation at hand, but never count them out of the equation when you feel like its you against the world or you in this world alone because that is far from the case. In conclusion, always remember You Are Not Alone and someone is always with you.
